Our process starts with a vision….

As Custom Home Builders in the DFW area, we listen to the desires and dreams for your luxury home, your financial goals, and the aspired price range. From here, we set out to work with you to design the home of your dreams.

We listen to the style you envision, and the details desired to make your home complete. As custom home builders, we have informational meetings to provide you with the planning and design steps, as well as, explain the general construction process when building your new Twin Oaks Custom Home.

We send the home site survey to the architect before the initial design meeting, so your home is designed to fit the lot. During the architectural meeting, a rough draft is drawn. Afterward, the process moves through architectural design until the official blueprint is completed. When the blueprint is finalized, the bidding process begins, and the budget is set.

The blueprints are sent to the lender for the home to be appraised. Once the lender approves the construction loan, our superintendent begins construction. This usually takes about 60-70 days from the first architectural meeting, depending upon unforeseen factors. 

Next, will be a series of meetings with our interior designer for custom selections. She will accompany you to various showrooms and assist you with the desired choices for your luxury home. She will guide you in making appropriate selections that will coordinate with the desired design style. 

As construction unfolds, our skilled subcontractors work to ensure your home is finished to high luxury quality.  Also, during steps in construction, you will be asked to attend several on-site meetings to make various decisions.
