We have lived in our Twin Oaks home for 1 ½ years and from day one of meeting the builder of Twin Oaks, Tom, and his construction manager, Sam, they have become like family — that is how nice these guys are and how pleasant they have been to work with. They have been so accommodating and attentive to any request (which have been minimal) that we have had and they have always responded immediately. The quality of this home is beyond anything we expected. From the layout (which was well thought out), the quality of the materials used, the design of the cabinetry, energy efficiency — not to mention the sub-contractors that they used which have all been so nice and responsive. Working with Twin Oaks has been a pleasure and we have no regrets whatsoever in choosing a Twin Oaks Home.

You will have to look long and hard to find a more experienced and professional group than people at Twin Oaks Homes. Tom and Sam built our home twelve years ago and it is still as good as new. We had zero problems. The whole process was painless. They handled all of our questions and countless last-minute changes/enhancements with aplomb. They take care of the details, no matter how small. Twin Oaks did a magnificent job of building our dream home.  Tom Lin and Sam Bradley were of course, expert builders but they also displayed a wide ability to flex to our needs...... and flex they did!  Our custom home had dozens of unique features and finishes and they were accommodating in all cases.  Their care & concern for the physical build itself was evident, but their care & concern & patience for us and our hundreds of questions & requests was also appreciated.  (By the way, the City of Little Elm inspector for our project noted that Twin Oaks is different than most builders because they take pride in their work, versus just "checking the boxes.")
